Introduction to Character Counter

A character counter is a software that identifies the number of characters (alphabets) in the given paragraph. This project requires a detailed logic behind the calculation of characters of the paragraph.

Features of Character counter

When it comes to characters, there are two main features. They are:

• A Text considering space as a character and counting it.
• A Text considering space as a null character and ignoring it.

As an additional feature, we will look into the logic behind calculating the number of words in the given text.

Aim of the project

The aim of this project is to create a single web page to identify the character count from the user input text. It includes the implementation of both the features such as with space and without space.
